Justin Roberson
Program Director/Certified Master Trainer
Justin Roberson is a highly respected authority in personal training for overall health and fitness, with numerous years of experience and success. He has a B.A. in Health Promotion: Wellness/Fitness Management from the University of Northern Iowa. He is also a nationally certified personal trainer through AFAA and an Advanced Boxing Fitness Trainer through the Boxing Fitness Institute.
Justin has over 8 years in the fitness industry and served as the Personal Training Director at Altoona Campus from 2001-2009 located in Altoona, Iowa. At the Altoona Campus, Justin trained thousands of clients and also developed health and wellness programs for members. There he developed a four tier program involving: Personal Training, Group Personal Training, Active Older Adult Programs, and Wellness Incentive programming. Justin has experience in personal/ group training, corporate fitness, group exercise, and also as a performance enhancement coach for competitive and recreational athletes.
Justin areas of expertise include: Nutrition, Weight Training, Wellness, Body Transformation, Circuit Training, Interval Training, Core Training, and Sports Specific Training.
Justin Roberson, fitness expert, instills passion into every aspect of his life. Fitness has always been a part of his life β as an accomplished childhood athlete to a collegiate football player; Justin built a strong base of experience and knowledge in both exercise and nutrition.
